Welcome current and prospective members!
The Lake County Retired Teachers Association (LCRTA) offers membership to any active or retired teacher or administrator who either lives in Lake County, Indiana, or taught in a Lake County, Indiana, school. Our membership currently exceeds 1,300. For the low fee of $10 per year in dues, we offer members three luncheon opportunities per year, three newsletters, great prices on travel opportunities, and an easier way to keep up to date concerning legislative issues that may impact your retirement.
The LCRTA sponsors and supports legislation concerning teacher pensions and education, sponsors activities of special interest to retired teachers, and initiates and develops a continuous program of retired teacher welfare designed to improve the economic and social status of retired teachers.
The LCRTA is a proud affiliate of the Indiana Retired Teachers Association.
